Mary Shelley
Today's illustration is this portrait of Mary Shelley. Is the first piece of a new project coming I'm preparing with my friend and historian Judit Moreno. The project arises from the concern, and also the need, to rescue from history all the women writers who, for one reason or another, have been silenced. It is therefore an exercise in reclaim but also to appraise one of the feminist struggles throughout history, being heard and respected, valued and recognized.
